摘　　要：火电厂煤场对周围的生态环境和电厂的内部环境造成很大影响。依据《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》第七十二条规定:贮存煤炭、煤矸石、煤渣、煤灰、水泥、石灰、石膏、砂土等易产生扬尘的物料应当密闭;不能密闭的,应当设置不低于堆放物高度的严密围挡,并采取有效覆盖措施防治扬尘污染。结合火电厂煤场全封闭具体工程,对火电厂煤场环境污染与防治进行了分析和概述,为煤尘污染防治提供参考依据,促进环境质量的改善。The coal yard of thermal power plant has a great influence on the ecological environment and the internal environment of the power plant.According to the article seventy-second provisions of the People＇s Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution Law： The materials used to store coal,coal gangue,coal cinder,coal ash,cement,lime,gypsum,sand etc.should be sealed.If it couldn＇t be sealed,a tight enclosure higher than the height of the stacking should be set,and effective measures should be taken to prevent dust pollution.Combined with the the fully enclosed about the coal yard of thermal power plant project,this paper analyzed and summarized the environmental pollution of coal yard,then provided reference for prevention and control of coal dust pollution in order to promote the improvement of environmental quality.
