摘 要:对使用三相异步电动机的分级变频控制方式来实现重载启动过程的若干问题进行了分析和研究。首先,分析分级变频软启动的基本原理,然后对三相变频的相序进行分析,得出最优的变频相序角度。其次,对频率的选择和切换进行研究。最后对功率因数角校正进行研究,并提出了功率因数角闭环控制的方法。然后利用MATLAB/Simulink的仿真功能进行仿真分析,从而验证方法的可行性和有效性。Some issues arising during heavy load starting realized by discrete variable frequency control of the three-phase asynchronous motor was analyzed and dicussed. Firstly, the basic principle of soft starting based on discrete variable frequency was analyzed. Then, the phase sequence of three- phase frequency inversion to obtain an optimal phase angle for frequency conversion was discussed. Secondly, frequency selection and switch-over was expounded. Finally, the correction of the power factor angle and proposes a closed -loop control method for the power factor angle was studied. Results of MATLAB/Simulink simulation of the theory verify the feasibility and validity of the proposed approach.
