摘 要:针对大容量电池化成电源高稳定性、高可靠性、高效率的要求,根据电池充电各阶段的电压电流特点,提出了以DC-DC变换为核心的模块化并联型化成电源,设计了电源的主回路拓扑,计算了关键参数,采用电压电流双环进行控制。研制的样机能以1、2、4或更多功率单元并联输出的方式对不同充电阶段、不同功率等级的蓄电池进行有效充电。应用结果表明,采用多模块并联型方式设计的化成电源效率高,充电电压和电流的调整范围大,电流纹波小,满足各类型大容量电池化成工艺的严格要求。Aiming at the requirements of high stability, high reliability and high efficiency of the power source formed by large-capacity batteries and according to the characteristics of voltage and current in each stage of battery charging, a power source formed by modules in parallel connection was proposed where DC-DC conversion is taken as the core. The main circuit topology of the power supply was designed and the key parameters are calculated while the voltage & current adopt double loop control. The developed prototype can charge the battery with different charging stages and different power levels in a way of parallel output of 1,2, 4 or more power units. The application results show that the efficiency of the designed power source integrating multiple modules in parallel connection is high, with large regulation range of charging voltage and current and small current ripple, which can meet the strict requirements on formation technology for various types of large-capacity batteries.
