摘　　要：基于流域综合规划体系的主要内容及特点,筛选了流域综合规划的重点环境影响源,通过系统分析流域综合规划环境影响途径与范围,建立了流域综合规划环境影响评价的影响清单,并根据流域生态功能定位、资源环境特征以及规划重点的差异给出了规划环境影响识别的差别化要求,为流域综合规划环境影响评价提供了参考。Based on the main content of comprehensive river basin planning and its characteristics, this paper screened the key environmental impact sources. It systematically analyzed the environmental impact route and range of comprehensive river basin planning, and set up a list of environmental impacts. According to the differences of ecological function, environmental characteristics and planning priorities, the differentiation requirements for planning environmental impact identification were ensured. This study can provide references for the environmental impact assessment of comprehensive river basin planning.
