摘 要:按照环保机构垂直管理制度改革对环境保护督察工作的要求,基于现有信息化基础,立足重庆市环境监察办公室职能职责,构建了从问题的收集、甄别、分派、跟踪、督查、反馈、核销、办结等全过程封闭式管理流程,研发了上下直达、横向联动的全市一体化环境监察信息系统,实现了环保部、全市环保系统和各市级部门之间的信息共享,为环境监察"督政"工作提供了信息化工作平台,为环保垂改后的环境监察信息化建设提供了很好的借鉴示范作用。According to the reform requirements of the vertical management system of environmental protection institutions, the environmental supervision information system was designed based on the existing information situation and responsibilities of Chongqing Environmental Supervision Office. The system built the whole management process of collecting, screening, assigning, examining, checking, feedback, verification and canceling problems. The integrated environmental supervision information system established the vertical and horizontal data exchange channels among the Ministry of Environmental Protection, Chongqing Environmental Protection Bureaus and municipal departments. It not only provided an informational working platform for environment supervision, but also offered a good example for environmental supervision information construction.
