生肌玉红膏对面部圆形皮肤肿瘤环切术后创面恢复的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察生肌玉红膏对面部圆形皮肤肿瘤环切术后创面恢复的临床疗效。方法收集面部圆形皮肤肿瘤环切术后患者80例，随机分为A、B两组，每组40例。A组采用常规护理方法，B组采用常规护理方法配合生肌玉红膏外涂。评估两组术后创面愈合情况，对两组患者治疗后满意度进行回访。结果两组治疗后组间比较显示，B组的创面愈合率及创面愈合时间均优于A组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），同时在术后回访患者满意度比较上，B组优于A组（P〈0．05）。结论环切法联合生肌玉红膏治疗面部圆形或近圆形皮肤肿瘤具有组织损伤小、创面愈合快、美容效果好、患者满意度高的优点，值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining ring drill excision with Shengji Yuhong Ointment for the round dermatomas in the face. Methods Eighty patients who had undergone surgery by ring drill excision for the round skin lesions in the face were enrolled and randomly allocated to groups A and B, 40 cases each. Both group A and group B received routine nursing care. In addition to that, group B also received Shensi Yuhong ointment. The healing condition of the wounds was evaluated by using the wound healing rate and the wound healing time was recorded in the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the wound healing rate and the wound healing time in the two groups （P〈0.05） . When it came to the patient satisfaction, there were higher in group B than in group A and had a significant difference （ P〈O.05 ） between two groups. Conclusion Combining ring drill excision with Shensi Yuhong Ointment may be a meaningful therapy for round dermatomas. It has the merits of minor wound, fast return to normal and good cosmetic effect, so that it deserves promotion and application in clinical work.
