摘　　要：目的总结经尿道160w绿激光前列腺汽化术（PVP）的手术配合。方法回顾性分析31例经尿道160w绿激光前列腺汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生（BPH）的手术方法、术前准备和术中配合。结果31例经尿道160W绿激光前列腺汽化术在手术护理密切配合下均顺利完成，包膜前列腺穿孔及电切综合等并发症，术后排尿通畅。结论经尿道绿激光前列腺汽化术（PVP）是一种安全有效治疗BPH的方法，熟练的手术配合，完善的物品准备，Pvp系统的使用和维护，加快了手术的进程，保障了手术安全，为顺利完成PVP手术提供了前提和保障。Objective To summarize the operative coordination of transurethral 160W green laser vaporization of prostate （ PVP ） . Methods Methods of operation, preoperative preparation and intraoperative coordination of 31 cases with transurethral vaporization of green laser （ 160W ） to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia （ BPH ） were analyzed retrospectively. Results All 31 cases with transurethral vaporization of green laser （ 160W ） to treat BPH were successfully completed under the close coordination of operation and nursing. No complications such as blood transfusion, prostate perforation and electric resection were found during the operation, and the postoperative urination was unobstructed. Conclusion Transurethral green laser prostate vaporization （PVP） is a safe and effective method for treatment of BPH. Skilled operation coordination, perfect article preparation and the use and maintenance of PVP system accelerate the operation process, ensure the operation safety, and provide the premise and guarantee for the successful completion of PVP operation.
