耕地规模经营问题的国内研究述评

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、对比分析法,对耕地规模经营的农户意愿与行为机理、适度值测算、经营主体及运营模式、经营效应等进行综述,阐明现有耕地规模经营相关研究的主要内容、特点、不足与未来发展方向。结果表明:我国耕地规模经营研究在理论和方法上均表现出长足发展,但对耕地规模经营主体、尺度、效应方面不同学者的侧重点有所差异,未能达成共识。未来的研究可在农户规模经营意愿、概念界定、适度值测算、规模经营效应方面进行深入研究,为完善相关土地政策、引导各类微观主体转变资源利用方式、提高农业可持续发展能力提供科学依据。The purpose of this paper was to review the willingness and behavior of the scale management, the dynamic mechanism, the appropriate scale, the main body of management and operation mode, the operating efficiency. The main contents, characteristics, shortcomings and future development direction of the present research were expounded. Methods employed were documentary data analysis and comparison. The results indicated that the scale management research in our country developed rapidly in theory and method. However, the scale of the main bus- iness, scale, the effect of different aspects of the students had different priorities, failed to reach a consensus. In the future, research could be carried out in- depth study on the scale of farmers＇ willingness to operate, the definition of the concept, as well as the measurement and effect of moderate operating scale. So as to pro＇dale a scientific basis for improving the relevant land policy, guiding the transformation of the resources of various micro subjects, and improving the ability of sustainable development of agriculture.
