摘  要:基于索洛模型构建土地供给结构与经济增长关系模型,通过2000—2015年的遥感影像解译结果,对土地利用结构变化状况进行分析;结合GIS平台,运用计量分析对天津市滨海新区建设用地供给的空间结构与经济增长之间的关系进行探讨。结果表明:滨海新区土地供给的空间结构对经济增长的影响十分显著。在圈层维度上,土地供给对经济增长的影响呈现跳跃性;在方位维度上,土地供给优势大的西南、西北方向对经济的影响较明显。因此,滨海新区的建设用地供给应当重视土地供给经济带动效应的滞后性和区位差异性,积极推进存量建设用地的整合与再开发。Based on the Solow model, this paper constructed the model of land supply structure and economic growth, and analyzed the changes of land use structure through 2000 - 2015 remote sensing image interpretation, and explored in detail the relationship between spatial structure of construction land supply and economic growth in Tianjin Binhai New Area with GIS platform and econometric analysis. The results showed that there was rather remarkable about the influence of spatial structure of the Binhai New Area land supply on economic growth. In the circle - layers of dimension, there was a hop about the influence of land supply on economic growth. In the azimuth dimension, there was supe- riority in some regions especially in southwest and northwest regions, which had significant influence on economy. Therefore, we should pay at- tention to the hysteresis of the influence of land supply on the economy and regional differences, and promote the integration and redevelopment of stock land actively.
