摘 要:基于2006—2015年湖南武陵山片区33个县市区的面板数据,构建子系统有序度模型和复合系统协同度模型,选择系统序参量,对该地区的人口、产业和资源的协同发展水平进行测度,利用ArcGIS10.4软件对协同发展水平的时空格局进行分析,再结合计量模型实证检验协同发展水平对贫困的影响。研究结果表明:湖南武陵山片区的人口—产业—资源协同发展水平持续提高,但片区内各县市人口—产业—资源协同发展水平的增长速度存在较大的差异,区域整体协同发展程度不高。计量分析结果表明,人口—产业—资源的协同发展对贫困减缓有显著的正向影响。根据研究结论,提出提高人口—产业—资源协同发展水平以提高扶贫效率的相关政策建议。Based on the panel data of 33 counties in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province from 2006 to 2015, an ordering degree of subsystem model and a synergistic degree of complex system model were constructed, and some order parameters of system were selected in order to evaluate the synergistic degree of population, industry and resources( referred to PIR)in the region. Using ArcGISIO .4 to analyze the spa- tial and temporal patterns of synergistic degree, combined with the econometric model to test the impact of synergistic degree on poverty. The re- suhs showed that the degree of the PIR in Wuling Mountain Area of Hunan Province continued to improve, but there was a large difference in the growth rate of the PIR in cities, and the degree of overall synergistic degree was not high. The results of econometric analysis showed that the coordinated development of the PIR had a significant positive impact on poverty alleviation. Finally, according to the conclusion, this paper put forward some policy suggestions on how to improve the cooperative development level of the PIR to improve the efficiency of poverty alleviation.
