摘 要:采用熔融缩聚法,以2-(二苯基膦酰)-1,4-苯二酚(DPO-HQ)和苯氧基磷酰二氯(MPCP)为原料,设计合成了一种新型聚磷酸酯阻燃剂——聚苯氧基膦酸(2-(二苯基膦酰)-1,4-苯二酚)酯(PPFR),用傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁氢谱和磷谱对阻燃剂的化学结构进行了表征。然后将PPFR应用于聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)中,制备了不同磷含量的PET/PPFR阻燃体系。通过极限氧指数、垂直燃烧和热重分析考察了PPFR对PET燃烧性能及热稳定性的影响,用裂解气相质谱、X射线光电子能谱分析了PPFR阻燃PET的阻燃机理。结果表明,PPFR提高了PET的初始分解温度,并与PET协同成炭,延缓炭层的分解,具有良好的阻燃性能和热稳定性。阻燃剂的加入没有改变PET的降解机理,但抑制了其深度裂解;磷元素在降解过程中,以磷酸类化合物的形式在芳香族炭层结构表面富集,促进PET脱水形成保护性炭层,通过凝聚相发挥阻燃作用。A polyphosphoester flame retardant(PPFR) was successfully synthesized with through 2-(diphenylphosphonothioic)-1,4-diphenol and phenoxy phosphoryl chloride.FT-IR,1 H-NMR and31 P-NMR spectroscopes were employed to characterize the structure of the sample.The flame retarded poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) with different phosphorus contents was gained using PPFR as flame retardant.LOI,UL-94 V and TGA were used to test the flame retardant properties and thermal stabilities.The flame retardant mechanisms of modified PET wereevaluated by PY/GCMS and XPS.The results show that flame retardant PET has better flame retardant performance and thermal stabilities than pure PET.The reason is that PPFR improves the initial decomposition temperature of PET,promotes PET into charcoal,and delays decomposition of the carbon layer.Although the addition of PPFR does not change the degradation mechanism of PET,advanced degradation of PET is inhibited.Phosphorus in the form of phosphate compounds concentrates on the surface of aromatic carbon layer and promotes PET dehydrationinto protective charcoal.PPFR plays a role of flame retardant in condensed phase.
