摘 要:采用红外热成像仪同步跟踪超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)均匀塑性形变过程,可观察到几种特殊的热行为特征:(1)在初始弹性阶段样条有明显温度下降;(2)接着的塑性形变阶段温度逐渐升高;(3)在塑性大形变时,温升只与拉伸比有关,与拉伸速率无关。热行为特征能反映形变分子聚集结构的变化,分析结果表明,UHMWPE起始拉伸温度降低与材料正的热膨胀系数有关,而大形变时的温升则主要是由强迫高弹形变引起的构象熵热所致。When synchronous tracking the uniform plastic deformation of ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) by infrared thermography,several particular thermal effects features were observed:(1) at the beginning of the elastic deformation,the temperature has a tiny decrease;(2) then the temperature becomes to increase during the plastic process;(3) in large plastic deformation phase,the temperature rise is related to the drawing ratio,less dependence of the stretching rate.The thermal effects can reflect the change of molecular aggregation structure,and the analysis reveals that the initial temperature decrease is probably related to the thermal expansion coefficient of materials,while the temperature rise in large plastic deformation can be mainly caused by conformational entropic heat from a forced high elastic deformation.
