摘  要:对HT280双马来酰亚胺树脂进行真空热循环处理,分别测试了真空热循环前后树脂的质损率、红外光谱、动态力学性能和蠕变性能。结果表明,随着真空热循环次数的增加,树脂的质损率先迅速升高后趋于平缓。红外光谱基本无变化。动态力学热分析(DMA)表明真空热循环初期树脂发生了后固化,循环次数超过101次后出现了明显的物理热老化。随循环次数的增加,蠕变性能的变化可以归因于真空析气、后固化和物理热老化的综合作用。采用时间硬化模型和Kelvin模型对真空热循环处理前后试样的蠕变行为进行了分析,发现时间硬化模型能有效地描述HT280双马来酰亚胺树脂的蠕变行为。The vacuum thermo-cycling tests were carried out on the HT280 bismaleimide resin.Mass loss rate,FTIR,dynamic mechanical property,and creep property of HT280 resin were tested before and after vacuum thermo-cycling.The experimental results show that the mass loss rate rises rapidly and then levels off with increasing vacuum thermal-cycles.The FT-IR remains basically unchanged.Dynamic mechanical thermal analysis(DMA) indicates that the post-curing process occurs in resin during early vacuum thermal-cycles.After 101 thermal-cycles,physical thermal aging can be seen in HT280 bismaleimide resin.The changes in creep property of HT280 resin are attributed to the combined effects of the vacuum outgassing,post-curing and physical thermal aging with increasing vacuum thermal-cycles.Meanwhile the creep behaviors of test samples were analyzed using the time hardening model and the Kelvin model.The results show that the creep behaviors of HT280 bismaleimide resin at vacuum thermo-cycling could be described using the time hardening model.
