摘 要:运用Polyflow软件对双转子连续混炼挤出机高拉伸转子混炼流场特性进行了分析研究;探讨了转子结构及工艺参数对混合性能的影响;在此基础上制备了乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)无卤阻燃材料,并对其力学、阻燃性能进行了表征。研究结果表明,高拉伸转子的分散和分布混合能力均优于经典转子;其混合特性完全满足阻燃复合材料连续生产对设备的需要。当高拉伸转子转速为600 r/min时,所制备的阻燃复合材料的拉伸强度达到11.59 MPa,断裂伸长率达到173.66%,极限氧指数为31.5%。Polyflow software was used to analyze the mixing characteristics of the flow field in the two rotor continuous mixing extruder.Effect of rotor structure and process parameters on the mixing performance was discussed.Based on these works,halogen-free flame retardant ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVA) was prepared and mechanical,flame retardant properties were characterized.The results show that the distributive mixing capability and dispersive mixing capability of high stretching rotor are better than thoseof classical rotors.Its mixing characteristics can meet requirement of continuous production equipment of flame retardant composites.When the rotor speed of the high stretching rotor is 600 r/min,the composite reaches the best comprehensive performance,withthe tensile strengthof 11.59 MPa,elongation at break of 173.66% and limiting oxygen index of 31.5%.
