成都市中学生家长对人乳头瘤病毒及其预防性疫苗的认知及态度调查

摘　　要：目的调查成都市中学生家长对人乳头瘤病毒(Human Papillomavirus,HPV)及其预防性疫苗的认知及态度,了解家长为孩子接种疫苗的意愿,为疫苗在国内的推广使用提供参考意见。方法采用便利抽样,分别于2015、2016年对成都市某中学家长进行健康讲座,并于讲座前后进行问卷调查,使用SPSS20.0软件对问卷进行整理和分析。结果讲座前后分别共回收368、362份有效问卷,43.2%的家长表示听说过HPV疫苗,36.5%知道HPV疫苗可以有效预防宫颈癌。培训前63.8%的家长愿意自己接种HPV疫苗,培训后这一比例升至82.1%,培训后家长不愿为孩子接种疫苗的比例上升明显,从12.0%增至31.2%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。疫苗安全有效性是家长考虑是否为孩子接种的首要因素,朋友推荐及降低疫苗价格均能增加他们接种疫苗的积极性。结论成都市中学生家长对HPV疫苗将来在国内的推广持积极态度。保障疫苗安全有效性,降低费用,将其纳入到国家免疫接种计划是将来疫苗推广使用需解决的关键问题。Objective To investigate the knowledge and attitudes towards human papillomavirus （HPV） and its vaccines among parents of middle school students in Chengdu, thus to provide policy makers with suggestions on how to promote the application of HPV vaccines in the future in China. Methods Easy sampling was conducted to recruit parents from one of the middle schools of Chengdu in 2015 and 2016. An educational intervention based on PPT was given to the parents, both pre- educational and post-educational questionnaires were completed by parents with written informed consents. The data was analyzed by SPSS 20.0 software. Results A total of 368 and 362 valid questionnaires were collected before and after education, respectively. 43.2% had heard of HPV vaccine, 36.5% knew it could effectively prevent cervical cancer, significant increase was observed regarding parents＇ willingness to vaccinate themselves （63.8% vs 82.1%, P〈0.001）, however, an significant decrease was seen to vaccinate their children （12.0% vs 31.2%, P〈0.001）. Safety was being the key factors related to the willingness to vaccination, friends recommend and reduce costs can improve their willingness to vaccinate. Conclusion The key factors that are related to the future promotion of HPV vaccination among middle school students are protected safety and effectively, reasonable price and a vaccination program that will be integrated into the national immunization programs.
