中文版癌症患者未满足需求简明量表的信效度研究

摘　　要：目的汉化癌症患者未满足需求简明量表(The Short-Form Survivor Unmet Needs Survey,SF-SUNS),并分析其在癌症患者未满足需求评估中的信效度。方法采用国际FACIT翻译模式进行译制,并对临床428例癌症患者进行调查,检验其信效度。结果验证性因子分析结果支持中文版SF-SUNS的四因素结构,GFI=0.926,RMR=0.027,SRMR=0.041,RMSEA=0.028;IFI=0.954,TLI=0.949,CFI=0.953;χ~2/df=1.328,结果显示模型拟合良好。基于此模型后的信效度检验中,量表的总Cronbach'sα系数为0.894(各维度0.702~0.812),重测信度0.916(各维度0.869~0.884)。各条目内容效度指数均>0.80,S-CVI达到0.91。此外,量表与3个月后随访中PHQ-9总分之间的相关性显示中文版SF-SUNS具有良好的预测效度。结论修订后的中文版SF-SUNS简洁且信效度良好,适用于测评我国癌症患者的未满足需求。Objective To translate the short-form survivor unmet needs survey （SF-SUNS） into Chinese and to analyze its reliability and validity among Chinese cancer survivors. Methods SF-SUNS was translated by utilizing the standard functional assessment of chronic illness therapy （FACIT） translation methodology, and 428 Chinese cancer survivors completed the survey to evaluated reliability and validity of the scale. Results The confirmatory factor analysis supported the four-factor structure of SF-SUNS with a good model fit, GFI=0.926, RMR=0.027, standardized RMR=0.041, RMSEA=0.028; IFI=0.954, TLI=0.949, CFI=0.953, χ^2/df=1.328. The total Cronbach＇s α coefficient of the scale was 0.894 （the range of each dimension was from 0.702 to 0.812）, and the re-test reliability was 0.916 （the range of each dimension was from 0.869 to 0.884）. Each item-content validity index （I-CVI） was over 0.89, the S-CVI reached 0.91. Moreover, the association between SF-SUNS score and psychological distress of PHQ-9 scores at 3-month follow up supported excellent predictive validity.
