扶正培元方联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨扶正培元方联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择2012年1月至2015年12月接受治疗的102例多发性骨髓瘤患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组51例。对照组给予VAD化疗方案治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予扶正培元方联合VAD化疗方案治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后骨髓浆细胞比率、M蛋白水平、血肌酐、血红蛋白、血钙水平、证候积分的变化情况和不良反应发生率,并评价两组临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后研究组浆细胞比率、M蛋白水平、血肌酐、血钙水平、证候积分下降,而血红蛋白上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,除浆细胞比率外,以上指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率为80.39%,对照组有效率为62.75%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为43.14%,对照组不良反应发生率为62.75%,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用扶正培元方联合VAD方案治疗多发性骨髓瘤,可显著提高临床疗效,缓解临床症状,降低不良反应发生率,促进患者身体恢复。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Peiyuan Formula combined with VAD regimen in treatment of multiple myeloma（ MM）. Methods： 102 selected MM patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were randomly divided into two group,in which the odd numbers were included into research group（ n = 51） and the even numbers were included into control group（ n = 51）. The control group was given VAD chemotherapy regimen and he research group was given Fuzheng Peiyuan Formula combined with VAD chemotherapy regimen. The changes of ratio of bone marrow plasmacyte,Mprotein level,serum creatinine（ SCr）,hemoglobin（ Hb）,serum calcium level,symptom score and the incidence of toxic and side effects of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy of two groups were evaluated. Results：Compared with that before treatment,the plasmocyte ratio,M-protein level,SCr,serum calcium level,symptom score of research group significanlty decreased after treatment,while the Hb significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the research group was 80. 39%（ 41/51）,which was significantly higher than that（ 62. 75%,32/51） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.The incidence of toxic and side effects in the research group was 43. 14%（ 22/51）,which was significantly lower than that（ 62. 75%,32/51） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Fuzhneg Peiyuan formula combined with VAD regimen in treating for MM can significantly increase the clinical efficacy,relieve the clinical symptoms and decrease the incidence of toxic and side effects to promote patients＇ recovery level,which has obvious advantagous and is worthy of further application.
