胰腺癌常用中医治法探讨

摘　　要：胰腺癌的中医病机以脾胃虚损、正气亏虚为本,湿瘀毒内蕴为标。标本相互影响,相互转化。治疗上应首当辨清标本虚实,本虚应分清脾、肝、肾之所属,标实当区别水湿、气滞、血瘀、癌毒等不同,分别施以健脾益气,扶正培本;养肝温肾,维护元气;调理气血,除胀止痛;祛湿抗癌,防治传变等治法。Intermingled deficiency and excess is the pathogenesis characteristic of pancreatic cancer. The disease is mainly manifested in Spleen and Stomach deficiency,Zheng Qi deficiency,excessly accumulated of Dampness and Toxin. Therefore,based on the understanding of the pathogenesis of the disease,common TCM therapy of pancreatic cancer can be summarized as the followings： Invigorating Spleen and replenishing Qi to strengthen and consolidate body resistance,nourishing Liver and warning Kidney to maintain primordial Qi,harmonizing Qi and Blood to eliminate fullness and relieve pain and eliminating Dampness and using anticancer drugs to treat the disease as well as preventing its transmission.
