加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变30例

摘　　要：目的:观察加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的临床疗效。方法:60例糖尿病痛性神经病变患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予降低血糖、营养神经、止痛等常规治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,两组疗程均为8周。比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、感觉神经传导速度(sensory nerve conduction velocity,SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(motor nerve conduction velocity,MNCV)及抑郁状态评分。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率为93.3%,对照组有效率为73.3%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者VAS、SNCV、MNCV及抑郁状态评分均出现不同程度的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者VAS、SNCV、MNCV及抑郁评分改善更加显著(P<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪桂枝五物汤可有效糖尿病痛性神经病变患者的临床症状,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To observe the efficacy and safety of modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in treatment of diabetic neuropathy with pain（ DPN）. Methods： 60 patients with DPN were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with the basis treatment,such as lowering blood sugar,nourishing nerves and using pain killers,while the observation group were treated with Jiawei Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction in addition to that of the control group. The clinical efficacy,VAS,sensory nerve conduction velocity（ SNCV）,motor nerve conduction velocity（ MNCV） and the depression score of the two groups were measured and compared. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 93. 3%） was significantly higher than that（ 73. 3%） of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The results of VAS,SNCV,MNCV and the depression score in the observation group were significantly improved than that before treatment（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Decoction can rapidly alleviate the post herpetic neuralgia pain,enhance patients＇ quality of life and satisfy analgesia,which is convenient for clinical application.
