摘  要:通过对固溶+时效(T6)态挤压变形Al-4Cu-1Nd-x Sc(x=0、0.1、0.2)合金进行室温低周疲劳试验,研究了稀土元素Sc的添加对T6态Al-4Cu-1Nd-x Sc合金低周疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,低周疲劳加载条件下,不同Sc含量的T6态Al-4Cu-1Nd-x Sc合金均表现为循环硬化以及循环稳定;在相同应变幅下,当Sc的添加量为0.1%时,可以明显提高合金的疲劳寿命,当Sc的添加量为0.2%时,合金的疲劳寿命反而会降低;Sc的添加可以提高合金的疲劳强度系数σ'f、疲劳延性系数ε'f和疲劳延性指数c的值,但疲劳强度指数b的值有所降低。The low cycle fatigue test for the Al-4 Cu-1 Nd-x Sc( x = 0,0. 1,0. 2) alloys after solution and aging treatment was performed to study the effect of rare earth element Sc on the low cycle fatigue behavior of Al-4 Cu-1 Nd-x Sc alloys subjected to solid-solution and aging treatments. The results show that the Al-4 Cu-1 Nd-x Sc alloys with different contents of Sc exhibit the cyclic strain hardening and cyclic strain stability under the low cycle fatigue loading condition. At the same strain amplitudes,the fatigue life of the alloy can be obviously improved when the content of Sc is 0. 1%,while the fatigue life of the alloy decreases when the content of Sc is 0. 2%. The addition of rare-earth element Sc can enhance the values of strain fatigue parameters such as fatigue strength coefficient σ'f,fatigue ductility coefficient ε'fand fatigue ductility exponent c,but decrease the value of fatigue strength exponent b.
