摘　　要：在数字城市的应用过程中,为了方便对矢量数据及影像数据的综合管理与分析,在分析ArcEngine组件及ArcSDE技术的基础上,以.NET为开发环境,利用C#开发语言,采用插件式开发技术,以Oracle作为数据库,设计与研发了一套基于ArcEngine的地理信息数据库管理系统。系统实现了栅格及矢量数据的入库管理、地图显示及图层管理、地图基本操作、数据自动入库、数据共享以及数据的属性与空间查询等功能。In the course of application of the digital city,in order to facilitate the comprehensive management and analysis of vector data and raster data,based on the analysis of the ArcEngine component and ArcSDE technology,based on. NET development environment,using C# development language,the development of plug-in technology,using Oracle as the database design and development of a system based on geographic information database management system ArcEngine. The system realizes the storage management of raster and vector data,map display and layer management,map basic operation,data storage,data sharing and data attributes and spatial query and other functions.
