摘 要:为适应地球静止轨道外热流的周期变化,设计了具有温控功能的辐射散热器。该散热器利用回路热管自身热阻的变化实现温度的控制,在较小的温控功耗下达到适应目标温度及外热流变化的要求。研制了一套丙烯回路热管可温控辐射散热器,并完成真空冷背景下的测试实验,结果发现随着补偿器温度的增高,补偿器目标值与实时值的差异越大,补偿器控温-60℃时,稳定状态下温度波动为2.63K,30℃时为5.2K。补偿器控温平均功率增高,时间滞后则减小。This paper introduced the design procedure and experimental study analysis of the thermal control radiator. The radiator could help to increase the external heat flux adaptability of the satellite on the geostationary orbit and had a lower power consumption. The propylene loop heat pipe technology was used on the radiator to control the temperature by regulating its self thermal resistance. Experiments were carried out in the low vacuum chamber with cold background, which indicated that the higher of the temperature of the reservoir ,the wider of the difference between the thermal control target and the real time value. When the target temperature of the reservoir is -60℃, the evaporator temperature fluctuation is 2.63 K, and 5.2K at 30℃ reservoir temperature.
