摘 要:以活化煤矸石为主要原料,辅以水泥、矿渣、砂子及外加剂制备活化煤矸石基免烧砖。研究了免烧砖的原料配比,以及活化煤矸石细度、物料含水量、养护制度等工艺条件对免烧砖力学性能的影响,探究活化煤矸石制备及免烧砖的反应机理。结果表明:活化煤矸石中所含的高岭石类矿物、有机炭质等组分分解,形成了内能更高的无定形态结构。免烧砖中C-S-H凝胶将水化产物相互胶结形成紧密的结构,提高砖坯的强度。活化煤矸石配比为66%,矿渣为8%,水泥为10%,外加剂为2%,沙子为14%,在活化煤矸石细度为0.14 mm,物料含水率为21%,养护温度100℃,养护时间12 h的最佳工艺条件下制备免烧砖,其性能完全满足JC/T 422-2007《非烧结垃圾尾矿砖》MU15标准要求。Activated coal gangue was taken as main raw materials, adding cement, slag, sand and additive to prepare unburned bricks. The influence of the fineness of activated coal gangue, moisture content, curing system on the strength properties and material ratio of unburned bricks were analyzed. Moreover, the activated coal gangue preparation process and reaction mechanism of unburned bricks were further discussed. The results showed that: kaolinite and organic carbon in coal gangue were decomposed, forming the amorphous structure. C-S-H gel of unburned bricks and hydration products were mixed and polymerized, forming compact structure with high strength~ Under the formula of activated coal gangue 66%, slag 8%, cement 10%, admixture 2%, sand 14%, the optimization process conditions of unburned bricks were 12 h curing time at 100 ℃ and 0.14 mm of activated coal gangue as well as 21% moisture content.The performance standards were in accordance with the requirements of JC/T 422-2007.
