川南硫铁矿浮选尾矿用作EPDM橡胶填料研究

摘　　要：川南地区硫铁矿浮选尾矿实质为含铁钛等杂质组分的低品质高岭土。该尾矿经高温煅烧、粉磨、硅烷偶联剂表面改性后,结合橡胶填料试验,进行力学性能测试及微观形貌分析。结果表明:川南硫铁矿浮选尾矿经800℃煅烧2 h,并采用超细搅拌磨湿法球磨至D60约为2μm,使用硅烷偶联剂表面改性(用量为煅烧高岭土质量的1.5%)后,所得改性煅烧高岭土充填橡胶的最佳用量为15%EPDM,橡胶拉伸强度达到4.32MPa,较空白样增加45.5%;断裂伸长率由322.03%增加至402.85%。The pyrite flotation tailing is low-quality kaolin with iron and titanium impurity components which was obtained from the south of Sichuan. After being calcined, ground, and modified by silane coupling agents, the powdered sample was used in rubber filler test. Then, the mechanical performance and the micro-topography of the rubbers was analyzed. The results show that the pyrite flotation tailing obtained from south of Sichuan can be calcined,at 800 ℃ for 2 h firstly; and then, the calcined product triturated with ultrafine stirred mill to D60≈2 μm, after being modified by silane coupling agents（the quality of silane coupling agents was 1.5% of calcined kaolin）, the best mass fraction of the surface modified kaolin was 15% EPDM. The tensile strength of prepared rubber can reach 4.32 MPa, rose by 45.5% compared with the blank sample; and the elongation at break increased from 322.03% to 402.85%.
