摘  要:在尿素生产过程中习惯以尿素的转化率表示尿素反应的进行程度,由于现有的各种生产方法都采用过量的氨与二氧化碳进行反应,因此通常将二氧化碳转化率用来表示尿素合成平衡转化率。中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司尿素装置自投产以来,在运行中发现转化率均低于设计值。经过分析,认为高压系统氨碳比偏低、水碳比偏高、系统负荷偏低是主要原因。通过采取各项措施,提高了生产过程中二氧化碳转化率,节省了生产成本。It is customary in the process of urea production to indicate the degree of urea reaction by the conversion rate of urea. Since all the existing production methods use excess ammonia to react with carbon dioxide, the carbon dioxide conversion rate is usually used to represent the urea synthesis balance Conversion rate.CNOOC Huarui Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huahe Company) urea plant has been put into operation, the operation found that the conversion rates were lower than the design value.After analysis, it is considered that the high pressure ammonia-carbon ratio is low, the water-carbon ratio is too high, and the system load is low, which is the main reason.By adopting various measures, the conversion rate of carbon dioxide in the production process is raised and the production cost is saved.
