摘　　要：德士古煤气化装置的安全运行,具有长周期、高负荷的特点,满足煤化工生产的技术要求。更多的煤化工生产企业应用德士古煤气化装置,极大地提高了生产效率。对煤气化装置运行过程中存在的问题进行分析研究,找到最佳的解决方案,提高设备安全运行的效率。The safe operation of Texaco gasification plant has the characteristics of long cycle and high load, and meets the technical requirements of coal chemical industry.More coal chemical production enterprises use Texaco gasification unit, greatly improving production efficiency.Analysis and study of the problems existing in the operation of coal gasification plant to find the best solution to improve the efficiency of the safe operation of equipment.
