摘　　要：现如今为建立和谐、稳定的生产,为员工安全提供保障,塔里木油田将侧重点转移至安全生产,提高作业区的安全指标和工作效率,相应颁布了《六大禁令》《QHSE管理方针》《安全红线》等文件。在提倡创新创效的同时,更加注重安全这一大的模块,在基于员工在油罐检尺时操作人员安全的角度着手,设想出一种可以在地面检尺的装置,从降低风险、提高效率的角度来构思,员工将在大罐投用和盘库等生产中运用地面检尺的方法,节约更多的时间,并且在安全上得到保障。Nowadays, in order to establish harmonious and stable production and provide security for employees, Tafirn Oilfield will shift its focus to safety production and improve the safety index and work efficiency of the work area.The ＂Six Major Ban＂, ＂QHSE Management Policy＂, ＂safety red line＂ and other documents, while promoting innovation and effectiveness, pay more attention to the safety of this large module, based on the staff in the oil tank operator safety inspection angle, envisaged a kind of ground can be The concept of a ruler is conceived in terms of reducing risk and improving efficiency.Staff will use surface ruler in the production of large tanks, storage tanks, etc.to save more time and be safeguarded.
