摘  要:在有杆泵检修过程中,发现泵上油管断脱后,按照正常程序即先起杆,后起管的顺序进行施工作业,结果造成了抽油杆尼龙扶正器被挂落井,井筒情况变得复杂化,后续需要先多次打捞扶正器清理鱼顶,再打捞油管柱,打捞难度加大,施工周期延长,施工费用增加;针对此种情况,在中原油田文38-63井探索出了一套新的技术和操作方法,避免了井筒情况复杂化,为以后同类井作业提供了经验。During the overhaul of the rod pump, it was found that after the oil pipe on the pump was broken off, construction work was performed according to the normal procedures of starting the rod first and then raising the tube.As a result, the nylon centralizer of the sucker rod was dropped, The wellbore situation becomes complicated.In the follow-up, it is necessary to recycle the centralizer to clean the top of the fish several times and then to salvage the tubing string, which makes it more difficult to salvage and the construction period is extended and the construction cost is increased.ln view of this situation, Explored a new set of techniques and methods of operation to avoid complicated borehole conditions and provide experience for similar well operations in the future.
