摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,我国的工程建设越来越多,其中要用到的具有保温层的不锈钢设备和管道也越来越多。通常不锈钢设备和管道具有较高的价值,因此加强对其保护是相关技术工作中的难点。在保温层下的不锈钢设备与管道,会受到各种因素的影响而发生腐蚀现象,当腐蚀发展到一定程度就会因受到应力作用而发生破裂现象,这极大降低了不锈钢设备和管道的使用寿命。With the continuous development of economy in our country, there are more and more projects in our country, among which there are more and more stainless steel equipments and pipes to be used.Often, stainless steel equipment and pipelines are of high value, so strengthening one of their protections is a difficult part of the technical job.Under the insulation layer of stainless steel equipment and pipelines, will be affected by various factors and the phenomenon of corrosion, when the corrosion to a certain extent will be subject to stress rupture phenomenon, which greatly reduces the use of stainless steel equipment and pipes life.
