摘  要:主要研究固定化高效微生物处理高浓度硝基酚、新戊二醇废水的可行性。实验结果表明,采用固定化高效微生物工艺,在p H为6~9,实验温度为25~35℃时:(1)水力停留时间为36h,进水硝基酚浓度为819mg/L,出水硝基酚浓度为9mg/L,去除效率为98.9%;(2)水力停留时间为33h,进水新戊二醇浓度1 087.53mg/L,出水新戊二醇未检出,去除效率达100%。通过上述数据可以得出:固定化高效微生物对硝基酚、新戊二醇具有良好的处理效果。In this experiment, we mainly studied the feasibility of using immobilized high-efficiency microorganisms to treat high-concentration nitrophenols and neopentyl glycol wastewater.The experimental results showed that when the pH was 6-9 and the experiment temperature was 25-35 ℃, the immobilization and high efficiency microbial process was used : ( 1 ) the hydraulic retention time was 36h, the concentration of nitrophenol in influent water was 819mg/L, The concentration of phenol was 9 mg/L and the removal efficiency was 98.9%. (2) The hydraulic retention time was 33 h, the concentration of neopentyl glycol was 1087.53 mg/L, and the neopentyl glycol was not detected.The removal efficiency was 100%.Through the above data can be drawn : immobilized high- efficiency microbial nitrophenol, neopentyl glycol has a good treatment effect.
