薄油层水平井轨迹控制技术研究

摘  要:我国的地质复杂,油田覆盖面较薄,且多为深层次的断块油田,使得我国油田的开采难度增大,井下安全事故频发。但是随着我国多年的开采实践,逐渐形成了以钻具组合和井眼轨迹校准为中心的深薄层矿井轨迹挖掘技术,满足了我国油田开采的现实需要。分析了地质情况与开采难点,从估算地层倾角、优选钻具组合以及判断钻头在油层中的位置等方面介绍了薄油层水平井轨迹控制技术,以促进我国薄油层水平井轨迹控制技术的发展。China' s geology is complex, the oil field coverage is thin, and many of which are deep fault block oilfield, which makes the oil field mining difficult and the underground safety accidents happen frequently.However, with the years of mining practice in China, a deep thin seam trajectory mining technology centered on the combination of drilling tools and well trajectory has been gradually formed, which meets the actual needs of oilfield production in China.This paper analyzes the geological conditions and difficulties in mining, and introduces the trajectory control technology of thin oil well horizontal wells from the aspects of estimating formation dip, optimizing the combination of drilling tools and determining the location of bit in the oil layer, so as to promote the development of horizontal well trajectory control technology in thin oil reservoirs in China.
