摘　　要：根据超薄型压花服装革特点进行基布产品设计。通过对纤维原料、纱线细度、织物结构的创新与改变,优化纺纱、织造、染整等关键工序,提高超薄型压花服装革基布服用性能,解决制革生产过程中产品收缩大、强力低、易透浆、舒适性差等问题。由开发的超薄型压花服装革基布制成的皮装具有手感柔软、轻薄、凉爽、尺寸稳定性好等特点,能突破季节对皮装的束缚,赋予皮革面料全新理念。According to the characteristics of the ultra-thin of base cloth was designed. Through innovating and changin structures, optimizing ty of the base clo large shrinkage, clothing made of izing key processes such as spinning, th of the ultra-thin embossed garmen embossed garment g fiber materi weaving, dyeing an leather, the product als, yarn count and fabric d finishing, the wearabili- t leather was improved, and problems such as low strength, easy penetrating paste and poor comfort were resolved. The lealher developed base cloth of the ultra-thin embossed garment leather had the characteris- tics of softness, thinness, cool and stability, which broke the shackles of season for leather, gave leather fabric new concept.
