摘  要:甘蔗渣是一种常见的固体废弃物,含多种营养成分,然而目前尚无有效地利用手段.研究以解脂耶氏(Yarrowia lipolytica)为发酵菌株,以甘蔗渣为唯一碳源,进行赤藓醇发酵生产.结果发现,甘蔗渣作为赤藓醇发酵碳源的最佳添加量为30.0 g/L;经优化,甘蔗渣发酵赤藓醇的最佳氮源为(NH4)2S2O8,添加浓度为3.0 g/L时,赤藓醇产量达到最高;当发酵培养基中添加60.0 g/L的NaCl所产生的渗透压最有利于赤藓醇生成.同时,添加10 mg/L的Mn2+和4mg/L的Cu2+可进一步促进赤藓醇合成.在最优条件下发酵168 h,赤藓醇的产量达到峰值18.9 g/L,产率为63%.结果表明,甘蔗渣可以作为唯一碳源发酵产赤藓醇,该发酵工艺为降低赤藓醇发酵成本及甘蔗渣再利用探究了一条新途径.Cassava bagasse was nutrient-rich agro-industrial residues which have the potential to be used as substrates for erythritol production,whereas it has not been effectively used. In this study,Yarrowia lipolytica was used as the fermentation strain,and the bagasse was the sole carbon source. The fermentation of erythritol was then carried out. In order to improve the yield of erythritol,we also optimized the fermentation culture. As a result,it was found that ammonium persulfate was the best nitrogen source in the case of a single nitrogen source. The final optimized medium was 30. 0 g/L of bagasse,3. 0 g/L of ammonium persulfate,60. 0 g/L of NaCl,10 mg/L of Mn^2+ and 4 mg/L of Cu^2+,the yield of erythritol( 18. 9 g/L) is maximized at 168 h,with a yield of 63%. The results show that bagasse can be used as a sole carbon source to produce erythritol,which can be used as one of the ways to reuse sugarcane bagasse and reducing the cost of erythritol production.
