摘 要:以山西新裕选煤厂重介中煤为研究对象,通过破碎、细磨释放中煤有机组分,利用旋流和无旋流两种进气结构的浮选柱进行了浮选对比试验,研究结果表明:旋流进气结构的浮选柱在大充气量时,中煤可燃体回收率可达66.67%;无旋流进气结构的浮选柱在较小的充气量时,中煤浮选产品灰分可降至10.31%。在此基础上,针对中煤特点提出了"重选+粗选+精选"的中煤再选工艺。The middlings product of the heavy-medium separation system of Xinyu Coal Preparation Plant, Shanxi Province, is used as the object of study. Comparative test is carrried out using 2 kinds of flotation columns which differ in air inlet structure--one swirl type and one non-swirl type, with the middlings as the feed after liberation of organic matters through first crushing and then fine grinding. Test result indicates that: when the swirl-type column works:with a larger aeration quantity, the recovery rate of combustible matter is up to 66.67% ; and when the non-swirl version works with a smaller aeration volume, the ash of the flotation concentrate can be reduced to 10.31%. Based on the test result and in the light of the characteristics of the coking coal middlings, it is proposed to treat the middlings with heavy- medium separation + rougher
