摘  要:为解决范各庄选煤厂浮选入料浓度高、粒度细、泥化现象严重、浮精脱水设备老化等问题,通过优化浮选工艺,将半直接浮选改为直接浮选,并拆除原有4台老化的圆盘真空过滤机,采用4台沉降过滤式离心机和4台500 m^2快开隔膜压滤机联合处理浮选精煤,从而有效地减轻了煤泥泥化现象,降低了浮选入料浓度,改善了入料粒度,提高了浮选精煤产率,减少了对环境的污染,增加了经济效益和社会效益。The plant's flotation feed is high in concentration and fine in size and is liable to get degraded in water. And what's more, dewatering of the flotation concentrate is made with aged equipment. As a countermeasure, the direct flotation process is switched to a semi-direct one, through adopting optimum process design. And 4 solid-bowl centrifuges and 4 500 m2 rapid-open diaphragm-type filter presses are used for dewatering of flotation concentrate in place of the 4 aged disc filters originally used. The innovation thus made has led to effective reduction of degradation of coal, decrease of concentration of feed pulp, improvement of feed size consist, increase of yield of flotation concentrate, decrease of environmen- tal pollution and improvement of economic and social benefits
