摘　　要：针对某装置蒸汽凝液管线局部振动的现象,分析了凝液管线振动产生的原因,找出了引起该管线振动的关键因素,并给出了3种可行的解决方案,使凝液管线振动得到缓解,从而达到延长管线使用寿命,消除安全隐患,确保装置平稳运行的目的。Aiming at the phenomenon of local vibration of condensate pipeline in a device,the reason of condensate pipeline vibration was analyzed,the key factors of vibration of this pipeline were find out.The 3 feasible solutions were given to relieve the vibration of the condensate pipeline so as to prolong the service life of the pipeline,eliminate the hidden danger of safety and ensure the smooth operation of the plant.
