Influences of Temperature on Biofilter Purification Efficiency,Eriocheir Hepuensis' Survival Rate and Feeding Behavior in Recirculating Aquaculture Systems

摘  要:通过设计5个温度实验组(18℃、22℃、26℃、30℃、32℃)、添加氯化铵和亚硝酸钠使养殖水环境中氨氮和亚硝酸盐氮分别至1.0mg/L、0.9mg/L的试验条件,探讨了温度对循环水养殖系统生物滤池净化效率及合浦绒螯蟹生存摄食的影响。研究结果表明:温度在18~32℃范围内,氨氮的平均表面去除率(STR)在0.043~0.109 gN/(m^2·d),亚硝酸盐氮的平均表面去除率(SNR)0.008~0.015 gN/(m^2·d)且随温度升高不断增大;在18~22℃温度范围内,STR和SNR的温度系数分别为1.072和1.042;实验进行6d后,合浦绒螯蟹在22~30℃时的存活率在94%以上,显著高于18℃和32℃温度组(p<0.05);温度在26~30℃范围内的合浦绒螯蟹的摄食率显著高于18℃、22℃和32℃(p<0.05)。The influences of temperature on biofilters as well as eriocheir hepuensis' survival rate and feeding behaviors in recirculating aquaculture systems were studied in water containing ammonium chloride( NH4^+-N 1. 0 mg/L) and sodium nitrite( NO2^--N 0.9 mg/L) under five temperatures( 18℃,22℃,26℃,30℃ and 32℃). At the temperature of 18-32℃,the results demonstrated that the surface specific TAN removal( STR) was in the range of 0.043 - 0.109 gN/( m^2·d),and the surface specific NO2^--N removal( SNR) had increased to 0. 008-0. 015 gN/( m^2·d) the temperature coefficients of STR and SNR were1. 072 and 1. 042,respectively.At the end of the experiment,for eriocheir hepuensis cultured in the recirculating aquaculture systems,the survival rates at 22℃,26℃ and 30℃ were significantly higher than that at 18℃ and 32℃( p 0.05),and the feeding rates at 26℃ and 30℃ were significantly higher than that of the crabs' cultured under other temperatures( p 0.05).
