摘 要:以大豆油和丙三醇为主要原料,氢氧化锂为催化剂,利用醇解反应得到大豆油多元醇,并将其作为二元醇引入到典型的醇酸树脂合成配方中,部分取代丙二醇与顺丁烯二酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐合成醇酸树脂,再用苯乙烯对合成的树脂进行改性。利用红外光谱仪和同步热分析仪等分析方法研究了合成的醇酸树脂的综合性能。实验表明,醇酸树脂的最佳制备条件如下:油度40%,顺丁烯二酸酐和苯乙烯的质量分数分别为5%、33%,反应温度190~200℃,反应时间3h,得到的醇酸树脂干燥速度最快,固体质量分数为68%,粘度为250mPa·s,热稳定性较好,涂层力学性能最好。Using soybean oil and glycerol as the main raw materials and lithium hydroxide as catalyst, the soybean oil polyol was obtained by the alcoholysis reaction and introduced into a typical alkyd resin synthesis formular. As a diol, partially replacing the propylene glycol, the soybean oil polyol was reacted with maleic anhydride and phthalic anhydride and the alkyd resin was synthesized.Then the synthesized resin was modified with styrene. The comprehensive performance of the synthesized alkyd resin was studied by using infrared spectrometer and synchronous thermal analyzer. The results showed that the drying speed of the alkyd resin was the fastest as the preparation conditions as follows:oil length 40%, maleic anhydride amount 5% ,styrene amount 33% ,reaction temperature 190-200℃ and reaction time 3 h.The solid content was 68 % and the viscosity was 250 mPa·s. The stability of the resin was good and the mechanical properties of the coatings were the best.
