摘  要:以间苯二甲酸二甲酯-5-磺酸钠(SIPM)、1,6-己二醇(HDO)和己二酸(AA)为原料,采用酯交换一醇酸缩聚两步法合成磺酸基型己二酸聚酯多元醇,并制备了水性聚氨酯(WPU)。通过全反射红外光谱(ATR)和凝胶色谱仪(GPC)对磺化聚酯多元醇进行了表征。通过酸值、羟值、乳液粒径分布及乳液贮存稳定性和涂膜性能测试考察了SIPM用量,酯交换HDO和SIPM物质的量比,醇、酸总物质的量比等对磺化己二酸聚酯多元醇性能的影响。结果表明,在SIPM用量为0.16mol/kg,酯交换时HDO与S1PM物质的量比为7:1,醇酸总物质的量比为1.13:1时合成的磺化聚酯多元醇可制得高固含(质量分数46%)、低粘度(25℃,102mPa·s)、平均粒径为60nm的半透明状WPU乳液。涂膜吸水率8.6%,可替代溶剂型PU,用于注塑件涂装生产。The sulfonate-based adipic acid polyester polyols were synthesized by two-step method of transesterification- alkyd polycondensation, using dimethyl - 5 - sulfoisophthalate sodium salt ( SIPM ) , 1 , 6 - hexanediol ( HDO ) and adipic acid (AA) as raw materials, and then the waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was also prepared based on the sulfonated polyester polyols. The structure of the synthesized sulfonated polyester polyols were characterized by ATR and GPC. The effects of SIPM dosage, molar ratio of HDO to SIPM in transesterification and molar ratio of total alcohol to acid on the properties of sulfonated adipate polyester polyols were investigated by the testings of acid value, hydroxyl value, emulsion particle size distribution, emulsion storage stability and coating film performance.The results indicated that the translucent WPU emulsion with high solid content(46%),low viscosity(25 ~C, 102 mPa "s) and average particle size of 60 nm was obtained as the conditions as follows: SIPM amount 0.16 mol/kg, molar ratio of HDO to SIPM 7:1 in transesterification, molar ratio of total alcohol to acid 1.13 : 1. The water absorption rate of film was 8.6% and it could be used for injection molding production and replacing solvent-based FU.
