摘  要:采用力学实验机、SEC、FTIR及13C—NMR研究了以木质素为胶粘剂的胶合板的性能及胶粘剂的固化行为。结果表明:在一定热压条件下,木质素胶粘剂可用于制备胶合板,并且其胶合强度能够达到国家标准规定的Ⅱ类胶合板的要求。木质素胶粘剂胶合板的弹性模量和静曲强度随热压压力和热压时间的增加先增大后缓慢减小,随热压温度升高而增大,最大值分别达到(10731±464)MPa和(88.9±4.1)MPa。但其吸水率和吸水厚度膨胀率均随热压压力、时间和温度的增加而减小。木质素胶粘剂受热后熔融并主要在β-O-4’醚键位置发生少量分解,产生相对较小的分子结构,在热压条件下更好地与木材表面接触,并在温度降低后冷却固化,实现单板胶合。The properties of plywood with lignin based adhesive and the curing behavior of adhesive were studied by mechanical testing machine, SEC, FFIR and 13C-NMR. The results showed that the lignin adhesive could be used to prepare plywood under certain hot pressing conditions, and its adhesive strength could meet the requirements of national standards for class II plywood. The elastic modulus and static flexural strength of plywood with lignin adhesive were firstly increased and then decreased with the increasing of hot pressing pressure and hot pressing time, but increased with the increasing of hot pressing temperature and the maximum values was up to( 10 731±464) MPa and( 88.9±4.1 ) MPa, respectively. However, the water absorption rate and the thickness swelling rate of water absorption were decreased with the increasing of hot pressing pressure, time and temperature. The lignin-based adhesive was melted and undergoed minor decomposition mainly oceured at the position of β-O-4' ether bond, resulting in a relatively small molecular structure and the adhesive could better contact with the wood surface under hot pressing. Cooling and solidification after the temperature was lowered , the veneer gluing was achieved.
