摘  要:采用甲基三乙氧基硅烷,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6-九氟-1-己基三氯硅烷(简称氟硅烷),KH-570及氟改性树脂为主要原料制备了一种疏水自清洁涂料。采用静态接触角测试,红外光谱及扫描电镜考察了氟硅烷与氟改性树脂的用量及成膜温度对涂料性能的影响。结果表明,当氟硅烷、氟改性树脂和KH-570质量分数分别为6%、8%、2%,并且成膜温度为150℃时,自制涂料的水接触角可达到124.69°。该制备过程无三废产生,工艺简单,成本较低。The hydrophobic self -cleaning coating was prepared using methyltriethoxysilane, 3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6,6 - nonafluoro- 1- hexyltrichlorosilane (referred to as fluorosilane ), KH-570 and fluorine-modified resin as the main raw materials. The effects of fluorosilane and fluorine-modified resin contents and film-forming temperature on the properties of coatings were investigated by the static contact angle test, infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the water contact angle of self - made coatings was up to 124.69° when the fluorosilane, fluorine - modified resin and KH - 570 amount was 6%, 8% and 2% , respectively and the film forming temperature was 150℃. No waste was generated in the preparation process. The process was simple and the cost was lower.
