摘　　要：文中分析了船舶防污染审批工作变化情况,从检查依据、检查效率及应急能力建设等三个方面,就如何做好船舶及其有关作业活动污染防治工作提出建议。This paper analyse a study of the change in the administrative approval concerning ship pollution prevention, the paper puts forward suggestions on enhancing the prevention and control of pollution from ships and their operations from the three ,aspects of the basis for inspection, the efficiency of inspection and the capacity building for emergency response.
