摘　　要：板形控制中引入功效函数的概念有助于更充分地发挥轧机的板形控制能力,改善带钢的板形质量.文章利用建立的基于功效函数的冷轧机板形闭环控制模型,对六辊UC轧机板形控制手段的功效函数进行了分析和研究.通过对不同工况下功效函数的计算和分析,得出了各类外部因素与功效函数之间的影响关系.从整体上评价了UC轧机的板形控制能力,为实现该轧机板形自动控制奠定了理论基础.The concept of efficiency function is defined to describe the characteristics of shape control. The efficiency func- tion of shape controlling means for UC mill is analyzed and studied by using the COlTesponding shape control model based on the efficiency function. By calculating and analyzing the efficiency function of different conditions, we can know the rela- tionship between the various types of external factors and the efficiency function which are interacting. This paper evaluates the shape controlling ability of the UC mill in order to lay the theoretical foundation for achieving the automatic shape con- trol.
