摘  要:介绍转炉挡渣工艺的发展情况,重点分析了3种典型的转炉挡渣工艺.滑板挡渣技术挡渣成功率高且稳定,效果最佳,钢包渣层厚度可以稳定控制在50 mm以下;气动挡渣技术作为无形挡渣技术的代表,在运行成本方面存在一定优势;挡渣棒挡渣技术则由于适中的投资和良好的挡渣效果,应用最为广泛.The development of slag stopping during converter tapping were reviewed. Three typical slag stopping technolo- gies including slag stopping with slider, pneumatic slag stopping as well as slag stopping dart were analyzed and compared in terms of process characteristic and application effect in this paper. The slag stopping technology with slider achieves the best results by high and stable success rate, and the thickness of slag in ladle is lower than 50 mm. The pneumatic slag stopping technology, as the representative of non-contact slag stopping technology, has some advantages over the others in operation cost. The slag stopping dart technology is most widely used due to appropriate investment and good result.
