摘　　要：韶钢6号高炉2017年2月份为配合外围设备检修进行20 d焖炉作业,通过降低炉渣Al2O3含量、严格高炉本体保温、提前对高炉炉缸进行加热等措施,高炉复风后28 h后即达到全风,第三天恢复正常产量,安全、顺利、快速地完成了此次焖炉作业.In order to match the maintenance of other units, a 20 - day damping-down on BF #6 at SGIS was made in 2017 February. The blast furnace recovered full blasting within 28 hours after reblowing-in, and normal production in 3 days by reducing the Al2O3 content of slag and heating the blast furnace hearth ahead of time. This article introduces the experience of damping-down and reblowing-in operation.
