摘  要:目的探究解毒祛瘀滋阴方对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用及对肾脏损伤情况的影响。方法选取30只MRL/lpr雌性SLE小鼠作为研究对象。完全随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组10只。A组小鼠采用醋酸泼尼松1次/d,灌胃5周,B组小鼠给予解毒祛瘀滋阴方1次/d,灌胃5周,C组小鼠作为对照组,以0.9%氯化钠注射液1次/d,灌胃5周。比较3组小鼠治疗前后的条件致病菌(大肠埃希菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌)和有益菌(双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌)的菌落数量及肾脏损伤情况(24 h尿蛋白定量、尿肌酐、尿胱抑素C水平)。结果治疗前3组小鼠粪便的各菌落数量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A、B组的大肠埃希菌、肠球菌、拟杆菌菌落数量较治疗前明显降低,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌菌落数量较治疗前明显增加,与C组比较差异均有统计学意义[(322±8)、(305±7)CFU/g比(359±13)CFU/g,(318±8)、(295±7)CFU/g L比(354±13)CFU/g,(326±10)、(298±8)CFU/g L比(347±12)CFU/g,(308±9)、(337±10)CFU/g比(281±12)CFU/g,(316±9)、(344±10)CFU/g比(285±11)CFU/g](均P<0.05),并且B组比A组的条件致病菌菌落数量更少,有益菌菌落数量更多,A、B组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前3组小鼠的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿肌酐、尿胱抑素C差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,A、B组小鼠的24 h尿蛋白定量、尿肌酐、尿胱抑素C明显降低,与C组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且B组低于A组,A、B组之间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论解毒祛瘀滋阴方对SLE小鼠肠道菌群的调节作用较好,并且能够缓解肾脏损伤情况,整体治疗效果理想。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiedu Quyu Ziyin prescription on intestinal microflora regulation and renal injury in mice with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods Thirty MRIMlpr female mice with SLE were randomly divided into group A, B, C with 10 mice in each group. Group A had intragastric administration of prednisone acetate 1 time/d for 5 weeks; group B had intragastric administration of Jiedu Quyu Ziyin prescription 1 time/d for 5 weeks; group C had intragastric administration of 0. 9% sodium chloride 1 time/d for 5 weeks. Colony numbers of conditional pathogenic bacteria (escherichia coli, enterococcus, bacteroid) and beneficial bacteria( bifidobacteria, lactobacilli) and indicators of renal injury( 24 h urinary protein, urine creatinine, urinary cystatin C) were analyzed. Results There were no significant differences of colony numbers among groups before treatment(P 〉 0. 05 ). After treatment, colony numbers of escherichia coli, enterococcus and bacteroid in group A and B were significantly lower and colony numbers of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli were significantly higher than those in group C[(322 ±8),(305±7)CFU/g vs (359 ±13)CFU/g; (318 ±8),(295 ±7)CFU/g vs (354 ± 13)CFU/g; (326 ± 10), (298 ± 8) CFU/g vs (347 ± 12) CFU/g; (308 ± 9), (337 ± 10) CFU/g vs (281 ± 12) CFU/g; (316 ±9), (344 ± 10) CFU/g vs (285 ± 11 ) CFU/g] (P 〈0. 05) ; colony numbers of conditional pathogenic bacteria in group B were significantly lower and colony numbers of beneficial bacteria were significantly higher than those in group A(P 〈0. 05). There were nosignificant differences of 24 h urinary protein, urine creatinine and urinary cystatin C among groups before treatment( P 〉 0. 05 ). After treatment, levels of 24 h urinary protein, urine creatinine and urinary cystatin C in group A and B were significantly lower than those in group C( P 〈 0. 05 ) and the levels in group B were significantly lo
