摘 要:2016年5—7月在新疆昌吉州所属6个县(市)调查了受榆跳象Rhynchaenus alini Linnaeus危害的白榆Ulmus pumila叶片总数、完整叶片数、囊泡数、叶片被害率,分析了叶片被害数、叶片被害率与囊泡数之间的相关性。结果表明:叶片被害数、叶片被害率与囊泡数均呈显著正相关,其中,叶片被害率与囊泡数的相关程度较高(R^2=0.615),二者之间的线性回归方程为Y=0.146+0.045X;叶片被害数和囊泡数之间的回归方程为Y=16.703+0.494X。囊泡数可作为榆跳象对白榆危害程度的调查指标。An investigation on white elm attacked by Rhynchaenus alini had been carried out in 6 counties of Changji Prefecture,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from May to July,2016. The number of gathered leaves,intact leaves and vesicles,and the rate of damaged leaves had been surveyed. The correlation between the rate of damaged leaves and the number of vesicles had been calculated. The result showed that both the number and the rate of damaged leaves had significant positive correlations with the number of vesicles,of which the correlation for the rate of damaged leaves was higher( R2= 0. 615)with linear regression equation of Y = 0. 146 + 0. 045 X. The linear regression equation between the number of damaged leaves and the number of vesicles was Y = 16. 703 + 0. 494 X. The number of vesicle can be used as an index for determining the damage degree of white elm.
