摘　　要：本文阐述了智慧图书馆和智慧馆员的特征与内涵,明晰了智慧图书馆对高校馆员的职业理念、知识技能、学术科研及实践创新等新要求,指出了高校图书馆员亟需与时俱进、扬长避短、科学规划和自我管理,以适应智慧图书馆的新挑战。This paper makes clear of the characteristics and connotations of intelligent libraries and their librarians, points out the requirment of librarians by the intelligent libraries in career understanding, professional knowledge and skills, academic research, practical innovation. It is urgent that university librarians must advance with the time,make best use of advantages and bypass the disadvantages, make scientific plannings and self-management, to adapt to the new challenges of intelligent libraries.
