机车车顶绝缘子伞裙老化特性及其影响因素研究

摘  要:电力机车车顶绝缘子不仅是车顶高压设备的机械支撑部件,还实现了接触网与车顶的高压电器隔离。复合绝缘子护套由有机硅橡胶材料组成,由于长期裸露在外,运行条件较为恶劣,车顶绝缘子不可避免地发生老化。选取了4支不同运行里程的电力机车车顶绝缘子,测量其憎水性、泄漏电流以及硬度三种特征量,分析其老化特性。试验结果证明,经过长时间的运用,支撑绝缘子老化加剧,硅橡胶材料的憎水性能下降,泄漏电流增加,硬度变大。The roof insulator of electric locomotive is not only the mechanical support component of the roof high-voltage equipment, but also realizes the isolation between the catenary and roof high-voltage electrical equipments. Composite insulator jacket consists of silicone rubber material, due to long-term exposure and bad operating condition, so insulators will inevitably occur aging. In this paper, four insulators in different operating mileages were studied, and their aging characteristics were analyzed. The aging degree of the silicone rubber material was measured using three indicators of hydrophobicity, leakage current and hardness. The experimental results show that the hydrophobicity of silicone rubber material decreases, the leakage current increases and the hardness increases after a long period of function.
