摘  要:向SiO_2基体粉料中添加Al_2O_3纤维,采用热压注法制备Al_2O_3/SiO_2陶瓷型芯。分析Al_2O_3纤维含量对陶瓷型芯性能的影响。研究结果表明:Al_2O_3纤维含量对Al_2O_3/SiO_2陶瓷型芯的线收缩率、体积密度和抗弯强度均有较大的影响。当Al_2O_3纤维含量大于1wt%时,Al_2O_3/SiO_2陶瓷型芯的线收缩率大幅度降低,稳定在0.335%左右,体积密度随之降低,稳定在1.790g·cm-3左右;当Al_2O_3纤维含量为1wt%时,陶瓷型芯抗弯强度达最大值20.48 MPa。分析了Al_2O_3纤维对Al_2O_3/SiO_2陶瓷型芯烧结收缩的阻滞作用机制。Al2O3 fiber was added into the SiO2 matrix powder,and the Al2O3/SiO2 ceramic core was prepared by hot-pressing method.The effects of Al2O3 fiber content on the properties of Al2O3/SiO2 ceramic core were analyzed.The results indicate that the mass fraction of Al2O3 fiber has a great influence on the linear shrinkage,bulk density and flexural strength of Al2O3 fiber/SiO2 ceramic core.When the content of Al2O3 fiber is more than 1 wt%,the linear shrinkage of the Al2O3/SiO2 ceramic core decreases to 0.335%,the volume density of the core decreases,and it is stable at 1.790 g·cm-3;When the Al2O3 fiber mass fraction is 1 wt%,the flexural strength of the core reaches the maximum value of 20.48 MPa.The mechanism of Al2O3 fiber on the sintering shrinkage of Al2O3/SiO2 ceramic core was analyzed.
